BOWERY RENTAL
Mantua Bowery is located adjacent to Mantua Town Hall and Mantua park with a spectacular view of the reservoir and mountains. Bowery amenities include covered picnic tables, kitchen, bathrooms, bleacher seating, and table for BBQ or Dutch oven cooking.
Park facilities include playground equipment, baseball diamond, horseshoe pits, and basketball court. All areas of the park are available to the general public and are not included in the Bowery reservation.
Mantua Bowery is located across the street from Mantua Reservoir which is used for boating, fishing, and water sports. A boat launch fee is charged. Mantua Reservoir is owned by Brigham City. Contact Brigham City for more information about the reservoir.
Mantua Bowery may be used year-round but the bathrooms and kitchen are only available from Memorial Day to mid-September due to the possibility of freezing weather. Reservations may be made by printing the form above and mailing it with the deposit to Town Hall or coming in person to Mantua Town offices during our normal business hours to submit it. Bowery reservations are only offered between Memorial Day to mid-September and must be requested and paid for in advance. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather.

Box Elder County Building Permit
To initiate the application, please access the provided link to complete the building permit form. Once the form is completed, kindly submit it along with your house plans to Box Elder County for further processing.
BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICATION
Business licenses are DUE by the end of January. Renewals do not require attendance at a town council meeting unless there is a change in any information to your business. Please fill out the application, available below or at Town Hall. A late fee of $15 will be applied after February 15th. If you are no longer doing business in Mantua, please let us know.
The town has received updated information from the State of Utah.
Business Licenses are now REQUIRED by State Law. Please fill out the application above and return to Town Hall with:
$25.00 processing fee for Home Business
$50.00 processing fee for Commercial Business
Business licenses, including home occupations, may also be obtained at the City Offices.

Who must register their business?
All businesses in Utah are required by law to register with the Utah Department of Commerce either as a "DBA" (Doing Business As), Corporation. Limited Liability Company or Limited Partnership. Businesses are also required to obtain a business license from the City or County in which they are located.

All new residents must fill out a Utility Agreement before services will be rendered. Print out form mail form to 409 No Main, Mantua, Utah, 84324, or drop it in the brown drop box in front of Town Hall.
If you are moving out, you need to fill out the Discontinuance of Service form below, and turn it into the Town Hall.
