To ensure your item is included on the agenda for the meeting, please reach out to Town Hall at 435-723-7054 ext. 3 with all exhibits and paperwork by the first Friday of the month (NO EXCEPTIONS). Kindly fill out the required request form (found below) and submit everything to planningandzoning@mantuautah.org.
